Yes. We are entirely web-based.

How do I pay for my order?

Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
Yes. All orders are paid for upfront.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes. However The James Lynch Academy accepts no responsibility for additional charges that may be levied due to customs.

Can I cancel or change my order once it's been placed?
Potentially, subject to whether your item has been dispatched.

I have more than one order – can they be shipped together?
Yes. Our shopping Basket allows for the multiple purchase of items.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
All items dispatched are subject to a delivery charge. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue this without notice.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

What is your returns policy?
All returns shall be honored up to 28 days of the original purchase date. All items that are returned must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Should they return in washed and worn form, we cannot accept these as a return. The James Lynch Academy is not responsible for the postage duty of the returned items.
